The villa Poretchka (Porecka) is situated in the historic part of Vrsar on the southern hillside of the old town. Thanks to the location of the villa you can get a beautiful view of the panorama of the port and neighbouring islands. Sitting and barbecue in the garden at the villa in the shade of plants and palms.

You will have within the reach of your hand the ancient sights, quiet streets with stone pavement and varied gastronomy, the shops and the marketplace. Local beaches and pleasure boats ready to take you to excursion sailing are expecting you at the same distance.

There are several apartments with sunny terraces and the view of the sea. From your apartment you can observe the local fishermen returning with their catch at the dawn as well as the evening atmosphere of the Vrsar promenade with cafés and restaurants.

The distance to the sea is approx 80 m. The distance to the beach is approx 250 m.
